Providing much more than simply spectacular views and serene accommodations, this proposal for the Chan Chan Citadel in Peru celebrates its desert surroundings with a top level viewing deck and a fantastical waterfall facade. It doesn't exactly seem energy efficient, but it sure is ethereal.
