I recently came across my old college website... this brilliant diagram (note the sarcasm) is one of the many remnants of my past still floating around cyberspace. Because IIT will allow me to keep my email and url forever, beauties like this will continue to occupy the world wide web. In fact, I don't even know how to remove it if I wanted to... Its always been true that throughout our lives, we leave traces of ourselves wherever we go. But now that the internet is so prevalent in our culture, it seems that we will never be able to let go of our past. I may not want people to check out my earliest web ideas, but that doesn't mean they don't exist....So how long is forever?
